About Gameflight Gundogs

Graham, his partner Hayley and their daughter Kayleigh live in the Cambridgeshire Fens. Graham has been involved with gun dogs for over 40 years. With his first taste of working with gundogs being gained in his early teens, on his friends local farm working their Labradors while carrying out pest control. This got Graham "hooked" on gundogs and he has not looked back since.

Graham then worked with their local gamekeeper (Frank Holman) and then went to work on Sir Robert Adeanes' shoot in Cambridgedshire. Following this Graham then worked as a beat keeper for Brigadier Henry Clive on the Perrystone Shoot in the Wye Valley in Herefordshire. At this stage Graham had accumulated and worked five Springer spaniels and three Labradors.

Graham then returned to his home county of Norfolk and worked as beat keeper on Her Majesty the Queens' estate at Sandringham, working under the renowned gamekeeper Bill Meldrum. After five enjoyable seasons Graham left Sandringham to work for himself as a full time trainer and breeder, with business going from strength to strength.



Graham breeds and trains both retrievers (Labradors) and spaniels (springers & cockers) and enjoys working both equally. Graham likes to start training at between six & eight months, with spaniels, and at ten months with Labradors.

Gameflight Gundogs offers a full range of excellent services including; stud dogs, puppies for sale, trained & part-trained dogs for sale, individual training, group training classes, with excellent training facilities over this two acre site, including a training pen, fully stocked with rabbits and pheasants.

Individual classes have increased in popularity, with handlers getting immense satisfaction from these sessions. Several former pupils have been successful in field trails, going onto compete with the best, in the Championship competitions.
